From the hosts, to the servers, this restaurant is and has always been a favorite of mine. I noticed today that they were training some new workers and they were doing just fine. You have to be a little patient on busy days, as many people love going here. I appreciate the recommendations from our server, and she was very kind when I changed my mind on French toast and got a waffle instead. I love the flavors that come with each menu item, it leaves me coming back for more. I had NO issues, and I mean NO issues whatsoever when I made substitutions on my food request. If you're vegetarian, you will have NO issues here either. I highly recommend if you want that aloha atmosphere. Mahalo for another amazing experience!

We were fans of the Kauai location, so we had to try the spot in Ewa Beach. Decor is fun and homey. Portions are big and prices are decent. We loved the gravy for the loco moco, good consistency and flavor, one of the better ones we've had. Simple dish, but delicious and you could always add other items to make it special. The cornbread is amazing! Not dry and a good balance of sweet and salty. The scrambled eggs were the consistency I like, not too hard and a little fluffy, with some slight runny sections here and there. Service was quick, friendly and attentive.

First time visit, and will definitely be coming back! Brunch for two: Kauai eggs Benedict and Kailua pig and eggs - all excellent! Service was prompt and friendly. Busy spot so we were lucky to walk into a table, but could easily have a wait as there was a constant stream of people

We had breakfast here, visiting from Texas, and they were amazing. The ube French toast was so delicious and the Portuguese sausage was smoky and tasty. They even let my friend substitute rice for his hash browns and they were so nice about it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Kapolei. Vegetarian options: Omelette with veggies like mushrooms and spinach.

Our friend brought us here after raving about the food! The service was awesome and friendly, and the food did *not* disappoint. Even if you're not feeling like eating an entire French Toast or waffle - do yourself a favor and split with a friend. They are a must try. As a vegetarian, I had a very easy time finding delicious options. It's worth any wait, and on a weekday we got a table very quickly. Thank you for a great meal!
